Division 9, Fleet 53- What's the story?

I recently got a H14 Turbo and I live in Charleston. Just wondering what's the story with the HCANA in the area, for a great sailing town I sure don't see many Hobie's around here. Would love to help build a Hobie Cat base in this awesome sailing area! :mrgreen:
