Looking for a cat with wings

Have had a cat but was difficult to right.
Now looking again for one with wings.
Avid windsurfer.
Have weeds later in summer before getting to open water.
Thinking getaway would be better as no daggers
Also easier for novices.
Like the look of wings but have not tried.
Have seen some with netting which allows more support.
Interested in knowing more about their use how to order and make wings
