Took the AI out to troll for salmon yesterday with my new setup (downrigger and rod holder mounted on starboard haka) with the port side "clean" to be able to collapse the ama in. Worked like a charm off Beechey Head--lots of relearning old routines (you're not on a powerboat now Toto!) Ended up with a nice chinook salmon to boot. T2 |
