It floats, No peddles, No leaks..

If nothing obvious, you should be good to go. I had one and sold it after two years because NO PEDDLES

Loved it..

I bought the Hobie Quest after I sold my Hobie Adventure because of all the problems I had with it.

The Quest is great Kayak for me, I do a lot of fishing out of it. I've had it for three years now and I've had only one issue, in that the seat straps rotted away from the seat this summer. I bought a different seat to replace it.

It's a great all around kayak that does everything that I want it to. It's pretty fast, I bought it with a rudder installed, because a quest owner recommended that I do that, and it tracks like a much longer kayak.

I had the peddles once, I think that they are overrated and full of 'issues'.

I rethought the whole thing and I decided to keep it simple.

You know what? It's really not hard to paddle, the eskimos have been doing it for hundreds of years.

In the past three years I've paddled many different kayaks to see it I would like them better and I don't, I made the right choice.

I really like my Quest.

Just buy the Quest and put a rudder on on it....You'll love it!
