I have only had my 2012 Revo 13 for a few weeks but I just recently noticed a lip formation on the seam of the boat which wraps around the bow.

Is this normal or is the seam defective or separating?

Thanks in advance for your replies.

We bought a pair of 13s and see a similar seam. Seems more pronounced on the yellow than the blue.

Dunno if it is normal.

That is normal - all boats will have a mold parting line, some areas it doesn't match as well as other - and it shows more in some colors worse than others - it is completely normal and wouldn't be something to ever worry about.

You should find that it's smooth on the inside. Reach a hand in and there and try it.
