I use a pair of Cabela's Dry Plus (their GoreTex) waist high waders with the neoprene socks - no incorporated bood - when the temps (both air & water) cools. I've found them on sale for under $100 and have been pleased with them. Only negative is they do not have a zipper. If not consistantly cold, I wear shorts underneath and when it warms up the waders are easily removed. I wear a pair of crocs (a size larger than normal) over the wader socks, but I also prefer to pedal barefoot so I remove them and the neoprene socks keep my feet warm while comming close to the comfort of bare feet. http://www.cabelas.com/product/Cabelas- ... l+Products |
