Good review. Which Columbia water shoes were you comparing them to in your article, the laced or unlaced version? When its time to swap out my columbia water shoes, I might check these out. |

Matt, Great review. 2 questions how do they compare to other shoes for preventing rocks and sand entering the shoe? The big question how bad do they smell after many water uses? |

As far as rocks or pebbles nothing can get in, but sand can get in a little in the mesh on the top of the foot. but rinse in the water and then dump out the silt drain in the back and they are just fine. As far as smell I haven't noticed any smell yet and not gonna lie most of my shoes get smelly. And based on what they are made of I would think it would be very easy to just throw them in the washer without any issues. I'm sure after a lot of use they may start to smell some, but not yet. |
