i just wanted to take a minute & introduce my self to the Hobie Community. My name is Dustin Koreba & live in Houston Tx ... i fish from Sabine Pass,Tx to Baffin Bay Tx... with Galveston Bay being my home waters. I am a pretty well rounded fisherman ... from fresh to salt water, traditional or fly tackle, bass to sharks.... flats, lakes or blue water ... if i can float it i'll fish it. I also am the owner/tournament director for the Lone Star Kayak Series based in Galveston,Tx. I look forward to being part of the Hobie Team in 2013.

Anyway if you are in the Houston/Galveston area & would like to get on the water & fish with me shoot me a pm & we will make it happen.

Dustin!

Welcome Dustin. I'm a first-year Hobie team member myself.

Cheers.

Thank you Drew ... congrats to you as well :)

Fish It ... there are a few ways but i think most of us are "Local" guys working with our local dealer. You need to have some sort of background with your fishing career ... tournament wins, helping your local kayak club, posting fishing reports and or how too's on various fishing media outlets things that will help make you stand out from the average guy that fishes once a month. once you have that established it comes down to the dealer & or kayak manufacture ... if they think you are worth the investment & if they think would would make a good ambassador for the brand & image 8)

i guess since i put 'fish it', in one word, it censored my post? just wanted to clear that up, and not leave anyone thinking i was using inappropriate language.

cheers.
