Mele Kalikimaka, Y'all !! :D

I've got a 2006 Outback. On my MirageDrive, I've lost one of the plastic dirt caps (?) that goes in the very top of the pedal shaft. I stopped by my local dealer, but he couldn't come up with a part #, so he couldn't help me. Any suggestions on how I can go about getting a replacement? Right now, I've got the opening duct taped, but I'd like a more permanent solution. Thanks!

Looking at the parts catalog, here's what I found.

Part number 81222101 maybe?

Here's the catalog. I'm looking at page 42 at the top of the page. The part is called, "Cap-pedal crank"

I realize that I'm quoting the cap from the V2 drive, and you may have the V1 drive, but I'm assuming that the cap is the same for both.

Someone on these forums will be able to clarify that for us.

Thanks, that definitely looks like the part. Wonder why my dealer didn't have that info?? Maybe he overlooked it. Regardless, thanks very much for your help. I'm gonna order a couple, betting they fit.
