Post subject:  cooler advice needed on Outbacks

I have seen a lot of information on the igloo 25qt cooler in the back of an Outback, however I can only find images of older models.

Does anyone use this cooler in a newer 2011+ model or know if the back is the same width? Any better options that folks have found?

Also, does anyone sit on their cooler at times/is it still possible to peddle?

Appreciate any responses!

A 24 pack softside Polar Bear cooler fits perfectly!

One thing you need to remember is the higher you sit above the water line, then the more tippy the yak will become. So I would say sitting on a cooler would be a bit of a stretch to be stable. BUT GOOD LUCK...
