I was driving home after a great day of fishing in my PA and while on the drive home I spotted in the trash on The side of the road a beat up older model outback. Immediately stopped and knocked on the door of the house and asked about it. The owner said he had out a hole in the bottom of it running it on some rocks and had no further use for a boat with a hole In it. He had stripped every thing off of it and all that was left was a hull. I have restored pretty much everything on the boat except for the rudder. It is not setup for the twist and stow rudder and uses the older rudder that was on the outbacks. Does anyone know where I can purchase the old type rudder? I would love to get this boat finished so I can take the wife out fishing with me! Any help would be awesome!

Just curious - How severe was the hole in it and how did you go about repairing it? Pics?
