| Post subject: | Sail Mount |
I'm packing up my Outback for my first trip of the season  and the sail mount kind of gets in the way of shoving large drybags into the boat. I was wondering how much hull rigidity was designed into the boat with this feature and how much would be lost if it was taken out.Any thoughts? |

It looks structural to me. I think it would be like taking 1 pole out of a pole barn. The other poles should hold it up but I still wouldnt take a pole out. Jim |
