I found my leak, its where the post comes thru the hull in front of the mirage drive. The sail post. The leak drips around the white cap, which seals the post. Its a slow drip in the driveway but I assume with my weight it lets more water in.

There is no crack in the hull. Its a 2009 one owner Revo.

Any advice Matt Miller. Thanks.

The cap covers the bottom side of a brass part molded-into the hull. If water is dripping out, there is a separation between the brass and plastic... and a hole on the inside of the boat I'd guess. To be sure it isn't just a bit seeping back out of the small cavity under the plug, do a pressure / soapy water test.

this really sucks, went out yesterday, had to drain it 3 times about a half gallon each time, I pressurized it, soaped it, and cannot find the leak. Anyone have any suggestions? I hate the thought of leaving it at the dealer so they can check it, when they can.

If the soap test doesn't help find it, try adding a gallon or two of water in the hull, making sure the outside is completely dry and slowly move it around looking for drips.

If neither test finds it, than try with your hands, feeling every square inch, from every hatch, looking for cracks, especially all the "cups" that the plastic fixtures or seat pegs, etc. screw into. I've often found cracks in the "cups" that the front hatch bungee's screw into (and they let a LOT of water in).

I think it might be worth mentioning that the crack you are looking for might be very small indeed.

I had one in one in one of my boats and it was tiny, but what I found was that when pedalling, despite its small size, water pumped into the hull.

I think that you may be suffering from a similar problem because of the amount of water you are reporting in the hull.

Can I suggest that you search very closely round the drive well area, particularly at the touch points of the drive i.e. fore and aft and left and right at the clips.

I feel your pain & hope this helps.
