Anyone having problems with their deep Hobie gear bucket?

My deep Hobie gear bucket developed a split in the side just after I first bought it but I repaired it with duct tape on both sides and I have had no further problems with that particular area. This morning I noticed that it is splitting around the upper edge where it fits in the hatch. This is an area I can't repair with tape. Has anyone else had this happen?

We will replace under warranty. When stacked (nested) they get stressed. Could have happened in shipping. Contact your dealer.

Thanks, I've already bought a replacement but I'll take the cracked one to the shop next trip and have a spare I guess.
