I have a 2008 revolution. The gasket of the front hatch is coming loose. On my kayak there is a hard black plastic cover for the lip of the kayak. Then there is a soft foam type gasket that I think has been glued to the black plastic. The foam is coming loose from the black plastic. What is a good adhesive to reglue them? Is the foam piece glued to the lid or the black plastic?

Super glue. New versions of the seal are molded as one piece.

We had a couple of those old Revo's with the glued on rubber tubing, we just used super glue to glue the tubing back down when it came loose.
If you go to some of the mail order dealers like Austin Kayak (ACK, and others, or you can order from your local dealer). You can get the newer one piece molded seals (way worth it). Super easy just pull the old off and replace with the new, takes all of two minutes.
Definately worth doing IMO.

Thanks, I used the super glue and it's as good as new.

Yea that old design (super glue and tubing) was really cheezy, (I'm a product designer (day job))....but you can't knock it because it actually worked really well for many years.
