Can the new Miragedrive with glide technology fit in a pre 2015 outback ? I would like to upgrade my 2012 outback with the new glide drive technology but I'm unsure if it will fit in to the mirage slot of the older outback...
Please advise

The only conflict is the alignment pins used on newer drives. If the older boat does not have the slots for these pins... you have to cut the pins off. All drives have had these pins for several years now. All older boats require the same modification of a newer drive to fit... This is not exclusive to GT.
