Is the Hobie Sailing Rudder Blade much more responsive at low speed than the stock Revolution rudder?
I have a Prowler 13 with a KFS rudder on it. It works well when just drifting or at extremely slow speed. I wonder if the Hobie Sailing Rudder Blade will give me close to the same usefulness on my new Revo? If any one has any experience with the 2 rudders on the Revolution please speak up!

Yes. Simple answer. More blade and better response at slower speeds.

With the sailing rudder, if you're moving at all, you'll have steerage way. Whether drifting with a breeze or just coasting along, the large rudder will point you easily.

For the price ($23 ?) it's the single best value on the option list. I think you'll be very pleased with it. The only downside is that it's twice the weight as the standard rudder and requires a wiggling action to raise and lower. Once learned, it's easy to handle with the Twist & Stow lift mechanism. 8)
