I suggest a future Revolution 13 minor enhancement to move the bungee paddle holder forward closer to the grab handle to help in 2 ways:
1. Easier to reach for normal size folks.
2. Easier to car top kayak upside down laying horizontally.

Crossbar spacing for roof racks vary but 30" is common with kayak grab handles roughly centered between the bars. In that configuration, the paddle holder screw is too far forward so digs into the bar if not careful when sliding the kayak on top the roof racks. Further, the bungee gets pinched if any kind of side support / stacker is attached to the rack.

I tied a short loop of rope to the bungee so the rope goes over the screw (instead of the bungee) to overcome issues above.

Also on new 2023 (not older 2018) I see the cleat for down rudder line should be a tad lower for roof transport. That cleat protrudes slightly above the side rail so gets in the way (maybe even crack) when pushing kayak onto roof crossbar since it is located where most crossbars would be.

Of course, can move kayak on roof (or crossbars if adjustable) further forward or back, but that can throw off weight distribution and further back means more chance of hitting head when walk behind the car.
