Is there any love for the bimini option out there? Is it broad enough to shade more than just at high noon? Is it tippy in wind gusts? What wind limit? Does a squall have you enjoying it or taking it down?

I use a 6`beach umbrella with the tilt feature. The umbrella`s cam-lock mount is attached to the wheel cart which is directly behind my seat. It`s easy to fold and with the sidekick ama there`s no worry of tipping. If it gets windy, I can hold the umbrella out in front of me and go flying across the lake just like Mary Poppins. :D

Oh, there is a side tilt capability as featured on Hobie's Asia channel... also a quick de-tensioner for wind:

The Hobie Shade Sail has its design issues. I bought one and the support bar came out the back and wasn’t able to use it. Unfortunately, I bought a second one and the same thing happened. The support bar came through the back end of the sail. I would recommend trying something else, the cost for something that has design flaws is not worth it.
