My Outback is about 4 years old and has had a lot of saltwater use. I busted an elastic strap that allows you to raise the rudder a few months ago and I needed to replace it. I tried to fix it the way I thought it should fixed, by taking off all or the tie wraps and redoing both ends and replacing the elastic bands also. Anyhow I didn't rout the cables correctly and I broke one. Is there anywhere that shows how to re-rig the kayak? I spent about 2 hours trying to fix it the first time without success so I wouldnt mind paying someone to do it for me, who much should that cost?
