Phil Foster Park hosts one of the best beach and boat ramps onto the Lake Worth Lagoon (ICW) in Palm Beach County. Tomorrow morning, Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at 10 AM, the county is hosting a grand opening event for their new snorkeling trail.
