I checked with two east coast dealers during TG break (coastal SC and northern VA) and so far, no demo models have arrived to look at. Anyone know when dealers or boat shows on southern Great Lakes or Atlantic coasts will have T2s to look at?

Boats are starting to trickle out now. I know a few went to Florida anyway. We have had to ramp up production as the boat is out selling projections already.

Fogh Marine will be bringing one to the Toronto Boat Show. Jan 11 to 19. A little bit of a drive, but it is a very cool show with lots to see, worth a day out.

I just spoke with Jimmy at Tackle Shack in Pinellas Park (Tampa area) and they have two in their store. Call them as I'm sure they will sell fast!

I got to say that I'm quite surprised that more promotion hasn't been made on this forum or others by either Hobie or some of it's dealers (some are on here and other forums) as a way to add more buzz to a new product launch and bolster sales. Not saying I want to see advertising on here, not at all. But c'mon... show us your new toy and invite others to come check it out while you show it off too. You'd think a great way to gain new cat sailors would be to get the current ones excited about a new toy. 2 cents.

I don't want to see advertising here either. Just the bow. And the owners manual posted.

Thanks for the pics. Any pics of the rest of the T2 being assembled in the garage? Not sure where Chip Short's FB page is...

Thanks Chip for the pictures of the T2. Nice looking cat, looks deceivingly smaller than the H16. Shorter tramp area and longer forward hull sections maybe? Good job Hobie.
