Purchased a used set of wings and two of the endcaps are broke out at the rivit holes. Are the end caps that fasten to the boat weldable or do I just re-drill the tube and end caps in a different location? |

Place the end caps in the original positon, and drill 3 or 4 new holes, then rivet in place. |
