I bought White Paint for the Hobie.

Can I mix something to the paint to give it some color (without loosing its impermeability).

Depends on what kind of paint it is.

"White paint" doesn't give us a lot to go on.

Bringing life to the gel coat would be a better alternative. Inspect it thoroughly and if it is not badly cracked, most gel coats will shine like new with proper procedure.
