Daredevil, The catalogue is not very specific about those anchors.... The ones you bought were for the SX wings, although they will work for the Magnums, if you want. They are not really essential, if you keep your Hobie well maintained.
As you know, the order is - Mount the slugs in the tramp slots, screw in the studs, add a thin nylock and secure the stud, (loctite?), add a s/steel washer, then the foot of the wing, then another washer, then the final nylock. Alignment is key.
If you race or wish to remove the wings frequently, that's all you need do. If your installation is 'permanent', they you can add the butterfly things (as in the picture above, thanks Dannesjkold) which help stabilize the studs and prevent any possible movement. It has been said that some people forget to routinely check the 'tightness' of the studs/locknuts, and that the studs can then 'move'. The SX anchor plates will also provide that stability, however it means drilling into the cross bar and riveting......your choice.
