The jib was torn today by the spreader on the H-18. I am going into Chicago tomorrow to find a sail repairer.

What can anyone tell me about mending mylar/dacron jib H-18 sail? Can it be patched with the same material/color successfully? Can it be patched with just dacron? Has anyone has success with a 2' X 2' patch on an H-18 jib?

HELP

Any sail loft can handle it.

agree with Matt proably under $100.00 depending on the sail loft. Any of them can repair it, make friends with them you will see them for other things over time. :D
