I have very basic (ignorant) ? I see there is an anchor plate kit (beams) and a "channel" part for the Hobie 18, which appear to anchor the beam bolts. Are these parts used in conjunction with each other or separately? |

Separate. One or the other. Channels were still used at the aft beam to the end, but plates became the standard for forward crossbar and shroud attachment in the late 80s. |
