Mandaría un correo electrónico al Marina del Murray en California. De otro modo, quizá pregunta uno de los comerciantes de Hobie que frecuentan este sitio. Ellos probablemente no saben español aunque...

www.murrays.com

He wants to know the lengths and diameters of: shroud, forestay, and diamond wires

Thank for the breif translation. Salty Dog Marine (www.saltydogmarine.com) has a good stock of standing rigging. In their web site the cable diameter and end fitting is identified. I would measure the existing rigging for lengths if you are looking to have them made or build them yourself.

Than you very much, for the translation and data.

I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and i bought a 1990 HobieCat 18. I'm learning to sail this boat. I sail since my eight years old, (Optimist, Snipe, Laser, hb14) but never in Hb18.

If in the future you come to Argentina, please contact me. All are invited to sail. ([email protected] ; celular 054-011-5153-9765)

Best Regards, (sorry about my english). I hope you understand main idea.

Have fun learning. For many of us in this forum, we stopped sailing monohull boats after learning to sail a catamaran. Let us know if this happens to you.
