Have recently bought an old 18 not sure of its age, its come with black rudder blades one drilled for an 18 the other drilled for a 16, they are made from very heavy plastic, can I fill the holes in the 16 blade and re-drill or perhaps plug the holes with solid plastic rod and re-drill?

Anyone know what material the blades are made from?

Any help would be appreciated.

Likely a lexan or what we called PCG at one time.

You can fill with epoxy and redrill.
