We are 4 in our family (of 5) that sails Hobie 16. (not my mom) We allready have a Hobi 16 from 1988 (its to old).. And we are looking for a new sailboat. The Hobie Clum I'm in have around 12 Hobie 16 and one Hobi 18. Next year I thing ist gonna come 3 more Hobie 16.. (one with "Spinaker" a big fock)... Then we have 3 or 4 boats with Spinakers... One of the Members wanna get å Hobie 20 (Tiger) But he dont want tobe the only one with a Hobie 20... But that woud be great to try... Or the Hobie TriFoyler... Tats looks Pretty tuf on the movie. |

If you are ever looking for a place to dump one of those Cats send it on over here to the U.S.A. I would take a H16 in a second. You could probably just sail it over here and the get a boat back howe. JUST KIDDING! but if I could get a Hobie your family is getting rid of you got my e-mail. PEACE OUT!!!!!!! |

Keep up the great work kid, a H16 will change your life huh? Also the spinnaker makes a huge, no HUGE, difference, I waited everyday like a little boy for the UPS man to bring mine. The first H16 I sailed with a spinnaker was Kirk Newkirk's, and as soon as it whent WHUMP, and the boat gained like 8 knots I knew I had to have one. Couldn't live without it now. |

A spinaker does make a different... In the last race I joyned was it 2 H16 with it, and they shoot speed when they tokk it up... I have ben a week in Turkey... and on the beach coud I see some catamarans... I went ower to have a look... And they I spoke to sad that it was Top Cats I have newer heard about that kind. And as I coud see was it a bad copy of the Hoby Cats. |
