Finally got my boat out this year! It's been crazy. My jolly roger is hiding behind the sail. Motivated, what is the graphic on your sail made from and how is it attached? It's awesome! |

I hope you guys like the Sun in her MainSail. This idea is to Honor a good friends daugther who passed away, her name was Sunshine. It was done with permission from Her Family members Mom and Dad. I hope that wherever She is now, can see it, and that She likes it !!! This was done with the most sincere respect and in memory of a good person who went to Heaven way too soon. If anybody here objects to this photo/memory, I will remove the photo quietly. I hope you Comrades like it too. Her Mom and Dad liked it much !!!! Very respectfully, JT |

I had the graphic drawn up by a graphic artist (in addition to two others, one is on a second mainsail and the third adorns the spinnaker). The graphics on the mainsails are printed on something called "sticky-back". The company I hired was North Graphics (see link below), who printed them out on a very large format printer before applying them to the sail. The spinnaker is very thin, so for that one they used ink which was hand applied over a template. http://nsdnn.northsails.com/Default.aspx?alias=nsdnn.northsails.com/graphics |

PurdueZach's boat and mine must have been built within months of each other. His sail number is 68162 and mine is 68194. My HIN is CCMQ4690M82D. It was calm right on shore, but a hundred feet out the wind was moving about 10 mph. Best of luck, Jim Clark-Dawe |
