I just bought a H16 that needs some work. Not a big deal except that I will have to paint the hulls due to the extent of the repairs. I have some of the Don Casey sailboat repair guides that tell you to bronze wool the non-slip portions of the decks. But what other tips and hints are out there from all you folks. Any tips on paint brands? Primers? Epoxy barrier first before primer and paint?

Believe it or not, here in Indiana there are no dedicated "automotive paint stores" as I knew them in California. You have to go to the local NAPA autoparts and really know what you need because they will have to order everything. Very strange!

Anyway, this is a wide open question and I'm looking for everyone's input! Thanks!!!!!!
