Ripped my old hobie 16 tramp at the end of last season and want to buy a new one. Where is the best place to buy one. What is the most comfortable to sit on. I don't want top quality but I don't want a piece of Junk. If you can help me out thanks.

There are several aftermarket options, I have personally used Raceday Tramps and Atomic Tarps and both are fantastic quality at affordable prices - obviously it is always ultimately preferable to support Hobie and buy OEM, but if cost is an issue or you want some individuality, you cant go wrong with the above mentioned companies

As everyone says, you get what you pay for. Support Hobie if you can.

In my case, I was trying to save some money to get my boat up and running. I bought a tramp from Tampa Cats and don't have any complaints so far. You can get them on ebay for $110 + shipping. It seems to be very quality craftsmanship. I read good reviews about them online before I bought mine.

A mesh tramp is harder on the knees, but lets water drain.

I have looked at Tampa care but thought they might be sort of junky not last as long and not be very confortable to sit on. Is that the case with yours or is it pretty good because I like the price of there yes tramps.

Have any of you guys looked at slo sale and canvases trampolines. They seem to be really high quality but a little pricy. I do like how there are so many color options

I'd say they are just as good as any of the other aftermarket tramps available. The hobie tramps are supposedly the only ones with welded seams. The rest are all stitched which doesn't last as long.

Tampa Cats uses smaller grommets than Hobie, which makes it difficult to lace.
I like to lace my boats with 1/4" line and 5/16" bungee for a real tight tramp. :D

Hey comrades, I just installed a new Tramp from ATOMIC TARP LLC,
GREAT PRODUCT !!!!!!
Actually I went sailing and did an overnight at Icacos Island ( Puerto Rico ) and actually slept on the Tramp, slept like a baby.
The fit is perfect, the quality awesome, the bag they sell for a penny, is worth One Million Bucks while sailing, and the service is just perfect !!!
I have only good things to say about Atomic Tarp LLC !!!!!
And for 229.00, unbeatable !!!!!!!
