The jib hank on my Hobie 16 jib sail does not fit properly on my new plastic-coated forestay. It needs to be slightly larger to accommodate the slightly larger diameter forestay. Does anyone know if larger jib hanks are available? |

Just drill it out! If it breaks, it breaks. No big deal. |

Or remove the forestay coating! |

I had the same problem and I used a round file to make it a bit bigger, seems safer than drilling. |

Thanks very much. Using a round file seems like the best plan. |
