Forgive all the questions. I got a double trapeze set up that came with the boat. I rigged it up today and all make sense but the shock cord on the lower is secured to what? Thanks

Normaly the bungee goes from one side...under the tramp and hooks to the opposite side trap.

hobiesrock (catsailor of the crystal clear waters of Oregon  ) is correct as usual. You may find some bullseye fairleads or other guides under your side rails that the bungee runs thru.

There are different configurations and setups. But the bungee's purpose is to keep the traps tight and snug inboard until you hike out on one side or another.
