I still have 2 sheaves left. Your description of the replacement process is pretty much right on. The most difficult part for me was getting the mast head off after the rivets were drilled out. The sealant in there didn't want to let go. I used a propane torch like what you would use for sweating copper pipe to gently heat the mast and help the sealant to release. After it was heated, the mast head slipped right off. Email me at
