FXloop- those are Kool Racks! They sold lots of them out here in the 80's. I had one on my 16 for years until it rusted away. Unfortunately, they only used stainless for the hardware, the racks rusted real quickly for us saltwater sailors. The other drawback was that in larger waves, it tended to drag and throw water over the crossbar. BTW- NICE boat! I have an '84 Tsunami-82453- still love those sails!
