Hy!
I have a slip-car like this (Harbeck)
http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NzY4WDEwMjQ=/$T2eC16J,!y0E9s2S5%29qrBRsWnKMCl!~~48_72.JPG

but to sail alone the hobie is too heavy to lift and to get the slip underneath it.
With two people - each one lifts one hull in front, it works, but alone it tears me apart..
Does anyone know of any trick/device I could use?
i.e. something like this ;)

Thx!

Can't you just float it onto the trailer?

Wheel the beach carrier into the water, float the boat over it, and pull them up onto the beach and away.

yes, thats what i do to get it out of the water and it works solo.
but the cat lies 100m from the water away on lawn and i need to carry it into the water..to do so i need to lift it up, slide the trailer under it and the lifting part is not possible for me

Can you just leave the boat on the "car" when parked out of the water?

doesnt it hurt the hulls?
the trailer has quite a small surface:

and i doubt it would be very stable against storms, what do you think?

Wondering if you could run a line or lines from the dolly back around a pylon to help pull the dolly under the boat. Push dolly with foot while pulling it with a line.
I will wait for some cat trax owners to post up how they do it! And if they store the boat on the trax.

These are popular here in the states.
