Hobie Cat Lessons or Training in Los Angeles area

Hello everyone -

I am looking to get some training/experience on a Hobie Cat 16, or similar size, but am having trouble finding any individuals or organizations offering training/lessons or even just seat time on one.

I've ridden a few times w/ a friend up in Seattle but want some more in depth training on righting the boat when capsized, steering, etc.

Does anyone have any contacts on people I can contact in the Los Angeles area for this sort of thing?

I'm happy to travel as far North as Ventura or as far South as Orange County.
