Looking for suggestions for cleaning/lubricating the mast track. I've noticed some difficulty in raising the sail and figured it would help to clean the track.

On my 1987 Blue Prism mainsail, I have been using the pump bottle of Dawn dish foam by putting some of the foam on the top 2-3' of the main's luff before I hoist it up.
I also put some of the foam on the jib and main traveler tracks each time before I go out. It helps to lubricate and keep the tracks clean.
