What's the standard length for Trapeze Lines please? Wire length only.

under "wire length" notice 16' 9 1/8"
You will probably see this length vary wildly with different years of boats. It is not a critical measurement. If you can trap with your body in line with the tramp (i.e. low enough) and still reach your handle the wire is long enough. Your final height is changed with the trapeze adjustment line.

Wire length.

The height of the trapeze handle is the critical measurement.

Too low and you cannot lift yourself to get off the rail and cannot lift yourself high enough to get back on.

Too high and you can't reach the handle to get back in.

I set the height of the handle at 32 inches from the rail you are sitting on (side rail, wing...hull whatever). Mast rake will greatly effect that, so there is not a perfect stock length for everyone. We assume maximum mast rake on the 16 when setting that models wire length.
