What are the best years for H16 in relation to weight?

I have an 86 and am curious on how it would match up to the newer boats. Apparently there were some weight changes in the 80's if anyone knows more about that.

Thanks

You *might* have a lighter boat. The only way to know is to weigh it.

Good years - '84 - '85, maybe '86, '92 - present

Worse years - '83 and before, '87-'91

Even within those ranges, the weights varied, although they've been much more consistent over the past 10 years.

Again the only way to tell is to get out the scales.
