Hey all, new to the forum. I'm looking to buy a Hobie 16. Anything in the midwest but would perfer southeast Michigan.
Hopefully I will be around the forum often after i get my own hobie

Amishland, WHere in southeast Michigan do you live??? Have you checked out Midwest Sailing yet in Pickney??? They normally have some used H16's in stock.. Your welcome.. I dont know Midwest's hours are for the weekend, you might want to give them a call before you drive all the way out there... Also, if you are interested, there is race this coming weekend at Cass Lake. It looks like there is going to be a nice Hobie 16 fleet there, at least 4 or 5 boats are going to showing up for sure... Plus the Commedore for Fleet 276. You might be able to jump on a H16 with someone, or on one of the other boats... First start is going to be about 11:00 on Saturday. Amish, I just went by Midwest sailing to pick up some supplies for my H16 and found out that they currently dont have any used H16's on hand, but they do have a brand new one that they can sell you. There is a fleet 276 member that has a used 16 that he could sell you with trailor for $850. I believe that he will also post here for you to contact him and he is planning to attend the race at Cass Lake this weekend. I hope to meet you this weekend if you come out to Cass Lake...
