| Post subject: | Passport 12 garmin transducer help |
Hello! Anyone have any experience mounting a garmin striker 4 to a passport 12? been looking online all day and cant seem to figure a way to mount the garmin transom transducer to my passport 12. I could be missing something, but i cant fit the transducer to the prongs on passport 12 transducer plate and there seems to be very little online on how to do this. since the yak has a in hull mount id like to avoid an external mount. if anyone has a link to the plate that fits the passport id greatly appreciate it! All the plates seem to be for the guardian system which doesn't fit my kayak(as far as i know). this is my first kayak and got a great deal on it, couldnt be more excited to get everything hooked up and get on the water! if anyone has any incite i would love it! Thanks in advance |

I duct taped it to the bottom of the plate and it seems to be working well after 2 years. I posted a video on HAFE kayaking YouTube |
