Roof rack recommendations?

Hey everyone, need some help finding a good roof rack. I have a passport 12, kind of an interesting W shaped hull design. I love it, but getting it around is a pain. For reference I drive 1997 Toyota 4Runner, it has the stock “crossbeams” on the roof already. Normally I would roll the rear window down and shove it back there, but that makes driving difficult, looking to put it on the roof! Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!!

I load it up on my factory racks with a Yakima LongArm Truck Bed Extender plugged into my hitch. I bought the extension piece to match the height of my factory racks. I load it upside down. The extender serves two purposes: 1. removes some weight off of the crappy factory racks, 2. helps me raise my kayak when loading. There is no need to tie down the bow and stern. An added bonus is that I get to use the extender to haul long items from home depot.
