Hi there, I am new here. I got a new Hobie Lynx in January for free from a buddy of mines that bought it for me. Been taking it out to the lakes/rivers and catch some fish already. I would like to add a Newport Vessel NK180Pro or a NK300. I've been using the Watersnake motor in place of the mirage drive. It runs on 12volts 100Ah lithium battery. I would like to ditch that and go with a rear mounted NK180Pro or a NK300. Yes I do know one runs on 24volts and the other runs on 36volts.

I noticed Louisiana Custom Kayaks don't sell the rear mirco pole mounting plate anymore. Is there any other options to go with or do I need to make my own plate and put yakattack grid locks on the plate itself in order to mount the NK180Pro or NK300 plate onto the Hobie Lynx in the rear?

Thanks in advance this is my first post.
