FXone Tuning Tips

I have recently purchased an FXone (#193) and am looking for specific tuning suggestions.

Rake, Prebend, Spreader settings.

some tips

hobie tune guide works quite good
don´t be afraid pull on the downhaul hard
use the trapeze sailing downwind with the kite up in strong winds and use a chicken wire with cleats on your tarpeze bar
practice a lot on gybing and jumping in and of the trapeze
apply loads of MC Lube on the tack, head and sheet point of your kite
make sure your lines always run free, especially the downhaul line. Tie along piece of shockcord to downhaul line and run it with blocks under the trampoline
Tie a short line with a metal eye to the sheet point of your kite. This will pull a considerable length of genakersheet into the snuffer and enables you to sail without a terrible mess on the trampoline

Can you explain this with more detail or maybe send a diagram )
