Post subject:  standard jib vs super jib

It is that time of year to consider spending money on my boat. I have a 2000 H17Sport with several upgrades and accessories (square top main, 8:1 down haul, bottle ports, beach wheels, GPS speedometer, integral jib track). I've pretty much decided that I will not go the spinnaker/hooter route due to the extra set-up/take-down time and the many more lines on the boat. I am considering a super jib/screacher to rig in lieu of the standard jib on lighter wind days. Does anyone had much experence with these larger jibs and are they worth the expense? :?:

I've wondered about the super jib too. One thing is where do you sheet it from. Anyone know?

That I do know. You sheet it the same as on the H18, you put a track in along the inboard side of each pontoon (where the keeper/slide for the tramp attaches to the hull).
