Hi, i have some Ronstan ratchet blocks http://www.ronstan.us/marine5/product.a ... No=RF72330
and i want to know how you oil them or what is the normal maintenence ?

Wash with fresh water. Do not oil them.

ok thanks, but they are scratching a bit when they turn.
And i have another problem, it's really hard to rise the main, do i need to wash the block at the top of the mast or to oil the main sleeve ?

English is fine.

Maybe use something like silicone spray or McLube Sailkote.

Silicone works well for the blocks, travelers, jam cleats and luff line. It is relatively cheap.
