The screws holding the gudgeons on my H17 were frozen and had to be drilled out. As a result of my less than perfect technique the new holes are bigger and not in the exact same locations as the original holes. So I am faced with the question of where to locate the gudgeons with respect to vertical rudder alignment. My first guess would be that the rudders should be vertical (viewed from astern), but this may not be the case, after all - the stems are not vertical.
